Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Activities
  
• Monthly MIS and Branch consolidation
  
• Fund Management
  
• Advance Tax Planning for 6 group companies (incl. Co., Firms and LLPs)
  
• Handling Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Consultants
  
• Handling Income Tax, Service Tax Matters
  
• Tracing Tenders on web for Company Sources, presentation to management
  
• Preparation of Documents, Participation in Tenders and E-bid (Auctions)
  
• Raising Invoices based on Log Sheets and Work Orders
  
• Follow up for payments
