Selected article assistant's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on taxation
a) Direct taxes: return filing, scrutiny (raid or search),fighting case related to a person's income, deductions, and tax planning
b) Indirect taxes: return filing for GST, fighting case related to person's business, and indirect tax planning
2. Work on law
a) Companies Act: ROC work, incorporation, filing balance sheet profit and loss with ROC, and AGM minutes and other compliance
b) Labor laws and compliance
3. Work on transfer pricing (arm length prices)
4. Work on merger and acquisitions
5. Work on government department audits
6. Work on bank audits (statutory and concurrent)
7. Work on internal audit, internal control
8. Work on business consultancy
9. Work on financial services
