ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Should Have Working Knowledge Of Auditing For IndAS.
• Executing Audit In An Effective And Efficient Manner.
• Review Of Work Executed By Staff.
• Review Quality Of Work Performed By Team And Monitor Assignment Progress.
• Gain Understanding Of Client Operations, Processes, And Business Objectives And Utilize That Knowledge On Engagements
• Lead Multiple Audit Assignments Simultaneously.
• Highlight Issues In Assignments And Communicate To Partner-In-Charge.
• Ensure That Audit Documentation Is In Compliance With Quality Standards Of The Firm.
• Provide Training, Coaching To Team Members To Assist Them.
• Demonstrate Maturity, Poise And Self-Confidence In Managing Self And Dealing With Colleagues.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Chartered Accountant With 1-3 Years’ Experience Will Be Preferred.
• Fresh CA’s May Apply For The Job Role.
• Excellent Analytical, Technical, Auditing And Project Management Skills.
• Excellent Written And Oral Communications; Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong Skills In Microsoft Office 365 Or Greater, Including MS Word, Outlook, Excel And PowerPoint.
