Job responsibilities – 4-5 key deliverables, specify Area/ territory to be managed, if applicable 1. Ensuring monthly books closure & preparation of monthly MIS report (PL & BS).
2. Finalization of Quarterly Standalone Unaudited Financial Results & Annual Standalone Financial Statements for 2 listed entities as per Ind AS and SEBI LODR requirement.
3. Handling audit queries during quarterly limited reviews, annual statutory audits, internal audit and ICFR testing of FSCP process.
4. Performing Going concern assessment, impairment testing assessment for investment in subsidiaries / JV / PPE / ICD given, NBFC & CIC assessment, coordinating actuarial valuation.
5. Coordinating with Secretarial / Investor Relations / FP&A and Tax teams for Board Report/ Corporate Governance Report / MD&A disclosures, CFO presentation slides to Board, XBRL filing, data for Income tax assessments.
Prior Role (s)/ Work Experience Preferred – detailed information about the required background Around 5 years’ experience in CA firm (Big 4 preferred)/ MNC/ Listed Company)
Experience in the Financial Statements Closing process
Prior experience on SAP Excellent Excel and general computer skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
