Job Description

Conducting transfer pricing studies: You will analyze the inter-company transactions of your clients and determine the appropriate transfer pricing methodology to be used.

Developing transfer pricing policies: You will work with your clients to design transfer pricing policies that comply with various countries' tax laws and minimize tax liabilities.

Drafting transfer pricing reports: You will be responsible for preparing reports documenting the transfer pricing policies and demonstrating that they are at arm's length.

Providing tax planning advice: You will advise clients on how to structure their transactions to minimize their tax liabilities.

Liaising with tax authorities: You will represent clients in discussions with tax authorities and defend their transfer pricing policies in case of a tax audit
