Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system
• Handle accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger and full set of accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements
• Handle journal entries for closing of accounts
• Prepare monthly or yearly trial balance, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Prepare Corporate Income Tax computation and filing
• Prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing
• Compile and prepare Annual Financial Statements
• Compile, analyze, and report financial data
• Manage the full financial process for our clients
• Liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP
• No travel required

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (or almost completed)
• Minimum Experience of 3 years preferred (i.e. Articleship completed)
• A good understanding of MS Office and accounting software.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership qualities and effective team working skills
• Integrity and trustworthiness
