Job Description
Hiring For Chat Process
Salary- Up To 30k
Salary- Up To 30k
Location- Mohali
Qualification- 12TH And Above
Good Communication Skills Required
Night Shift/Day Shift
Cab Facility Available
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about courses.
Promptly answer & support related chats.
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
Answers incoming customer calls regarding general inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Requirements:
Should be flexible working in 24*7 rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Should have strong analytical skills.
Excellent command over English language with an ability to write concisely
Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies.
