Chef capable of making traditional Indian recipes at a resort property with 10 rooms with a restaurant. Accommodation and food would be provided. They should also be capable of training a support personnel who will help them handle the kitchen related work. They should be able to
- prepare good tea/coffee for the customers
- prepare north/south Indian snacks
- prepare vegetarian food including but not limited to paneer butter masala, green peas masala, mushroom masala, vegetable kurma, vegetable thali, vegetable fried rice etc
- prepare non-vegetarian food including but not limited to pepper chicken, chicken 65, chicken kadai, chicken masala, mutton curry, fish curry etc.,
- prepare batter, dough for dosa, idly, poori, chappathi, porotta etc.,
- train the assistant to ensure they cover during the chefs absence
The chef is not allowed to consume/drink alcohol during working days. They have to ensure that hygiene remains most important and customers aren't served anything of low/poor quality.
