Opportunity for Chef to work in the kitchen of their popular pub/bistro/restaurant

As an ideal candidate you must show:

·         Knowledge in producing pub/bistro style dishes

·         Evidence of working in a very busy a la carte environment

·         A passion for cooking and all things food related

·         Good career growth and stability in your previous positions

·         The ability to learn, develop and adapt to a new environment

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 4-5 extensive experience in 4/5-star hotels, gastro or traditional pubs or restaurants.

·         Good knowledge in safety standards Knowledgeable in HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points)

·         Any Graduation and Diploma in Hotel Management
