We require a chef in a resort property with 10 rooms, maximum expected guest count 50 per day. We would expect the chef to be capable of doing the following
- serve traditional breakfast including preparing dough, batter etc., for dosa, idly, chapathi, poori, sandwich etc.
- make common Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes including chicken, mutton and fish
- make fried items like snacks bajji, bonda, others
- make good coffee and tea
The chef has to reside on the premises of the property, we can discuss on leaves etc., depending on their requirements and need. We will provide provision for stay, food etc.,
