Job Description
Required Chicken Biryani cook located. We need good experienced person who can prepare Chicken Biryani at our Restaurant. Female staff can apply for this job and the timings will be 9 am to 6 pm.
Responsibilities:
• Be familiar with sanitation regulations
• Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc.
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Assign tasks to kitchen staffs
• Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen
• Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed
• Experiment with new recipes
• Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations
• Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
