Role: The job role would comprise of the following responsibilities :
- To deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- To respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- To regularly review product quality and research.
- To keep tight controls on all financial aspects of the store. As in charge of labor control, product cost controls and waste control. Damage, theft and shortages are also his/her responsibility.
- To estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- For ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline.
- To organize and supervise shifts, Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- To create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- To promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and Kitchen events.
- To train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- To implement policies and protocols that will maintain future kitchen operations.
- To manage kitchen's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- For Controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.
To control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action

Education/Qualification: Any Graduate
