Job Description

Applications are invited for the position of Chief/DivisionaI /Zonal Security Officers in the Bank on Contract basis fulfilling the below mentioned criteria:

1. Number of Posts: Zonal Security Officer: 9-Nine (one each required at Banks' Zonal Office Budgam, Sopore, Pulwama, Anantnag, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Doda and Ladakh-UT.

2. Qualification: Zonal Security Officer: Candidate should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

3. Experience: Zonal Security Officer: The candidates should have been in the rank of DSP (Deputy Superintendent of in Police/Army/ParamiIitary Police) equivalent forces, with or excellent/meritorious service record, with minimum of three years of experience as Deputy Superintendent of Police or equivalent.

4. Remuneration: i) Chief /DivisionaI Zonal Security Officer: The remuneration shall be negotiable on the basis of background / level / experience of the candidate.

5. Age as on 01.01.2021: 62 years (Maximum)

6. Contract Tenure: The contract for engagement of Security Officers will be for a period of three years subject to annual satisfactory performance review. There will not be any renewal of engagement on completion of the contract.
