WAPCOS Limited requires Chief Engineer (Mechanical)/ Additional Chief Engineer (Civil) / Additional Chief Engineer (Mechanical) on regular basis

01. Chief Engineer (Mech.)/01Post

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration will be Preferable.

Minimum Experience (As on 01.11.2018) : 20 years in the field of Pumping, Thermal Power & HydroPower projects covering project cycle from inception to commissioning, involving Tender Engineering, detailed design, construction supervision, and erection, testing & commissioning activities. Should have handled as team leader/project manager or similar capacity for at least two projects in the above category in Africa/Asian Countries.

Age: 56 years

Pay Scale : Rs.90,000- 2,40,000 (Revised IDA)

02. Addl. Chief Engineer (Civil) /01Post

Qualification B.E (Civil) from a Recognised University. M.E (Hydraulic)

Minimum Experience (As on 01.11.2018) : 20 years in the field of Design of infrastructure projects like water supply, underground drainage, Storm water drainage, Roads & drains, Solid waste management, Hydro power project etc. Preparation of technical specifications, tender documents & bill of quantities. Identification of survey works & geo technical investigation. Preparation of Pre-feasibility reports (PFR),feasibility reports (FR) & detailed project report (DPR) Preparation of construction Planning & Construction Schedules. Preparation of detailed cost estimate for Infrastructure & Hydro power projects. Preparation of Project proposal (Techno Commercial offers)  Project implementation assistance & project management services.

03. Addl. Chief Engineer (Mech.)/01 Post

Qualification: B.Tech (Mech.) from a Recognised University. Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Engineering

Minimum Experience (As on 01.11.2018) : 20 years in the field of Ports/Fishing Harbours. Large scale projects planning & implementation. Through knowledge of tendering procedures, preparation of bills of quantities etc. Experience of Working with Navy/CG and understanding the consultancy jobs executed in Navy/Cost Guard & working with MES authorities. Project Management of Marine Projects would be preferable.

Age: 56 years

Pay scale : Rs.70,000- 2,00,000 (Revised IDA)
