Eligibility Conditions, Educational Qualification And Experience Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings: holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre /department; () with two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band: Rs. 37400-67000 plus

a. Grade Pay of Rs.8700 in level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900)] or equivalent; or (l1) with six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-3: Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.7600 [in level 12 (78800-209200)] or equivalent; and Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience- (0 Bachelor of Engineering or B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Twelve years' experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering projects.
