Chief Executive Officer/Executive Officer/ Chief Manager (Mines)/ Sr. Manager (Personnel) job vacancies in MOIL Limited

Chief Executive Officer/Executive Officer

Qualification :  Full time Masters Degree in Social Works with specialization in Community Development/ Master’s Degree in CSR/Rural Development/Sustainability from a recognized university/Institute.

Experience : Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience preferably in the rural development with respect to CSR activities. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of heading a large foundation or CSR department handled minimum Rs. 3.00 Crores per annum CSR projects or candidates having experience in educational field.

Remuneration : Initial all inclusive consolidated monthly emoluments of Rs. 80,000 per month. Annual increase in consolidated monthly emoluments will be upto 5% based on performance duly evaluated by the Managing Committee of the Foundation.

Age Limit : Minimum 40 years and maximum 55 years


Chief Manager (Mines)

Qualification :   B.E/B.Tech in Mining or equivalent with 1st Class Mine Manager’s certificate of Competency and 10 yrs experience

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 70000 - 200000

Age Limit :  42 yrs

Sr. Manager (Systems)/ Chief Manager (Systems)

Qualification :   B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/M. Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent and 7 years experience OR B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/M. Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent and 10 years experience

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 60000 – 180000 OR Rs 70000 – 200000

Age Limit :  38 yrs            

Sr. Manager (Personnel)

Qualification :   P.G.Degree in social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or P.G. Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR/HRD and 7 yrs experience

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 60000 - 180000

Age Limit :  38 yrs            

Sr. Manager (Fin. & Accts)/ Chief Manager (Fin & Accts)

Qualification :   CA/ICWA/CMA and 7 yrs experience OR CA/ICWA/CMA and 10 yrs experience  

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 60000 – 180000 OR Rs 70000 - 200000

Age Limit :  38 yrs

Electrical Supervisor

Qualification :   Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 3 yrs experience    

Scale of Pay :  Rs. 12200 – 23000
