Job Description

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - 1 No

Remuneration: The total annual remuneration payable to the CEO shall be Rs. 45,00,000/- Cost to Company (CTC).

Eligilibilty: The candidate should have a Master’s degree or equivalent (such as Post Graduate Diploma in Management),with minimum 55% marks, in any discipline from a recognized university or professional degree such as CA/CS/ICWAI. An M.Phil./PhD degree in relevant field is desirable.

Post qualification experience of at least 20 years in financial sector/financial administration/ industry/ research/ teaching/ education/ training.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not exceed 62 years as on March 31, 2020. The appointment shall be on contract basis for a period of three years initially, extendable by a term of one year each, up to a maximum of two years or till the age of 65 whichever is earlier, subject to periodic performance review.
