● Conduct risk assessment & management, including classification of all risks according to
● criticality based on the various risk factors involved. Identify all relevant risks and provide
● analysis and solutions for management and mitigation of such risks involving reputational,
● financial and personal liability;
● Develop a litigation reporting mechanism and create a centralized repository for all
● litigation records, issues and experiences encountered by the company and all legal entities;
● Litigation Management: Vetting Pleadings, preparing notes for counsel for drafting required in
litigation and Compilation of documents / records / correspondences for preparing Statement of
Claims, Suits, Petitions
● Handling all Litigation ranging from Land issues, Environment Issues, License Fee Issues, Stamp
Duty Matters, Criminal matters, consumer disputes, Labour matters & various other civil matters
