OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To help organisation achieves its brand & business objective by providing marketing and communication solutions to Agency Channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Distribution acquisition and engagement
Provide go to market strategy & solution for distribution acquisition
Build compelling positioning for Agency Channel for various distribution segments like Life Advisors & Agency partners.
Develop Segmented marketing solutions for recruitment of LA’s & AP’s from various professions like doctors , CAs, bankers , etc
Create recruitment tools like business opportunity & career opportunity pitch, collaterals , tools , AVs etc
Provide and drive usages of catchment lead generating tools and activation Kit
Leverage digital ecosystem and MARTECH solutions to drive recruitment.
Marketing Support to drive CLAs and productivity
Support distribution to drive sales and customer acquisition
Product launch across the Agency Channel through Road shows , Town halls etc
Sales wave to drive business during key seasons and product launches
Provide sales enabling tools to LAs to sell , cross sell and build relations
Provide customer lead generation tools , activation and communication solutions
Leverage regional opportunities by working closely ZVPs with Regions
Leverage digital ecosystem and MARTECH solutions to help LAs build business
Life Advisor / Agency Partner image building
Creating program to build positive image of LA’s & AP’s on social media
Engaging LA/AP for CSR activities
Driving adoption and usage of Digital Asset “Smart Sell”
Marketing solution to improve NPS score.
Brand communication across branches & partner offices
Ensure consistent communication across all the branches as well channel partner offices as per the brand guidelines.
Visiting branches / Partner office / LA /AP to providing marketing inputs and gain insight on business
Business and competitive intelligence
Keep a track of business movement and impact created by marketing interventions
Ensure continuous flow of information on Competitive Activities
Budget and spends
To be overall custodian of Agency marketing Budgets and Spends as per plan and provide continuous updates
Above 60% or distinction holders in school and graduation
Business School - B, B+, A grade B-school
Experience: 5-6 years
Specialisation: marketing communication , brand management , Event & activation
Ability to write Communication brief to creative agency
Analytical and communication skills and good at making presentations
Ability to handle work through agencies and vendors
Working with FMCG or Consumer durable company in marketing function or
Working with brand team of Life Insurance Company or its Creative agency.
Preferable-1-2 years of filed /sales experience in the past will be given advantage
