Overview: As the Chief of Staff at HelloPe Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., you will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. You will play a key role in supporting the company's mission to bridge the gap of financial inclusion in underserved regions like the Northeast + East.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Project Management: Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including fintechs, banks, and retail partners.
Problem Solving: Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions to address them.
Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry
