We are a for-profit company that provides psychological services to children with special needs in Mumbai. We currently have a team of 55 employees and over 60 clients. We offer services to children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, learning disability, down syndrome, etc. at their school or take one-on-one counseling sessions at home using proper intervention techniques to guide their behavior in social and academic situations to our stated goals. As a company, we offer a very steep learning curve for candidates who wish to get hands-on experience with implementing strategies to benefit children with various developmental, behavioral, social communication, and focus issues. It is also certified as an Innovative Startup under Startup India Program of Government of India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on shadow teaching and assisting a child (client diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/learning disability) in his/her school (during school hours) with targeted intervention strategies to improve skills in the domains of behavior, concentration, academic, and social skills
2. Preparing daily reports to be sent to parents regarding the behavior & performance of the child at school & the intervention strategies used by the shadow teacher
3. Conducting remedial/therapy/counseling sessions with the guidance of the seniors
