Job Description
1. Conduct interviews with medical professionals and counselors specializing in childhood cancer
2. Collaborate with healthcare experts to compile frequently asked questions and valuable insights
3. Transform gathered information into clear, concise, and engaging written content
4. Create and edit content that is both informative and empathetic to the needs of childhood cancer patients and their families
5. Incorporate pictorial representations and visual aids where necessary to enhance understanding
6. Work closely with our content team to ensure the information aligns with our organization's goals and values

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., journalism, communications, health sciences, psychology, etc.)
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with sensitive topics
4. Ability to conduct interviews and gather information from medical professionals and counselors
5. Experience with content creation, editing, or journalism is a plus
6. Proficiency in graphic design or willingness to learn basic design skills is a plus
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate intern to join our team as a Childhood Cancer Support Content Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating informative and engaging content to help childhood cancer patients and their families. You will have the unique opportunity to interview doctors and counselors to gather valuable insights and frequently asked questions, which will then be transformed into engaging content.
