Responsibilities Include:

User issue tracking
Ensure processes and checks that user queries are answered or forwarded to the appropriate parties.
Escalation of issues when required
Support the Ariba Operations Lead to
Manage the catalog enablement process in Ariba – work with commodity managers to implement new catalogs and audit existing catalogs
Conduct regular system checks e.g. inactive users, underused/ unused catalogs
Buysmart reporting – metrics and KPIs
Work with a diverse user base from purchase requisitioners to Procurement Leadership
Manage the Supplier Master Data for Ariba
Act as Ariba administrator for Contract Management

Requirements:

· Knowledge of Ariba P2O and Contract Management

· Understanding of Procurement processes

· Excellent organizational skills

· Highly motivated

· Experience of user support processes and systems

· Flexible team player who can work in a global organization.

· Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Spoken – ability to communicate across levels in the organization
