Expertise in Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office suite and MIS skills
Basic technical skills
Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
Excellent grasping power, able to understand the various processes
Should have deep inclination for learning of various financial products

Key roles and responsibilities:

Analyzing the different datasets and performing complex comparisons
Deriving insights from the data and its business impact
Should be able to identify links between different systems and processes
Reading/understanding procedure documents and strictly adhere to procedures when handling data related requests
Performing the assigned activities in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed service levels
Periodic reporting of the deliverables to the project leads
Should be able to effectively communicate the queries to respective line of business
Learning new business functions, systems and working in different projects
Willingness to work and learn in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to perform under pressure and meet the deadlines
Exceed client expectations and work towards building a world class operations environment
Be coachable and mentored as per the changing projects requirement
Understanding the firms policies, compliance, guidelines and strictly adhering to it.
