CIB Research Operations Client Processing Specialist -Team Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate with Business Managers/ Senior Management in Equities and Fixed Income to provide reporting and analytics solutions
  • Understand and gather requirements from stakeholders, clearly communicate report build-out requirements and timelines
  • Design and automate QlikSense dashboards for Senior Management that would facilitate informed decision making
  • Develop and produce operations performance and management reports summarizing key performance indicators, using tools such as QlikSense, NPrinting, VizLib extensions
  • Creating scripts, SQL for modeling or transforming data
  • Effectively communicate operational and analytical results to management, summarize and interpret data and findings
  • Support technology projects specifically related to operations data and reporting
  • Solves in-depth business problems and completes analysis, is able to identify the root cause of issues and provide solutions
  • Eye for detail with creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree prefer Commerce, BMS (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of Business Intelligence reporting and data visualization in the financial services industry or equivalent experience
  • Proven functional experience with gathering requirements, communicating with Global stakeholders, communications, timelines
  • Hands-on experience with QlikView, QlikSense, NPrinting and Qlik extensions is  mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with writing standards-compliant scripts and SQL is mandatory
  • Experience with Qlik Server (QMC),ability to manage dashboard administration is preferred
  • Front-end web development experience, Developer hub tools like Mashups is preferable
  • Experience Business Objects, Advanced Excel, VBA is a plus
  • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must demonstrate a willingness, ability and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills
  • Good communication skills, able to translate technical data into effective business presentations and answer questions about data and results
  • Demonstrated ability to work as team player and to develop alternative solutions to complex problems
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work in shifts
