Qualifications :

• Minimum of +4 years of experience in a fund accounting or custody/fund accounting environment.

• Strong fund accounting principles and theories.

• PC skills (Excel).

• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline oriented environment.

• Able to provide coaching and guidance on all aspects of necessary processes.

• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements.

• Ability to take ownership of issues and escalate where relevant.
