Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the fundamental concepts related to Bank Loans. 
  • Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions 
  • Ability to grasp/learn new products/processes which are currently in scope.
  • Proactive approach with logical & analytical skills
  • Aptitude to work with numbers and deadlines
  • Excellent comprehension and observation skills
  • Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy
  • Independent and self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
  • Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage 
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making
  • Knowledge of the Bank Loans product and process flow will be an added advantage

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:

  • Ability to ensure deliverables are met/sign offs are completed on time and accurately
  • Perform day to day operations of the Bank Loans team which includes trade capture, settlements, asset substantiation, cash and  position reconciliations 
  • Ensure appropriate break investigation and resolution
  • Attend regular group meetings with the managers to ensure constant communication and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to follow procedures and established processes to perform varied routine and non-routine tasks
  • Responsible for ensuring a standardized and efficient process
  • Ensure active involvement in various projects by providing inputs and suggestions 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant Investment Banking experience
