Business deliverables include:
- Verification of reviewing and validating IRS Forms, Tax documents & IDs. Certification of accounts subject to Federal Income tax withholding.
- Validation of various regulatory documents submitted by the Customers
- Ensure that all Customer requests are completed timely by adhering to procedures and guidelines
- Ensure in performing due diligence of all required processing steps and check parameters defined in the process.
- Ensure all exceptions or deviations are escalated to management on timely basis.
- Meet all the Productivity and Accuracy targets defined for the process
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong knowledge of bank control policies and standards
- Effective time management skills
- Controls & Risk management aptitude
- Excellent communication skills(written and verbal in a clear/concise manner)
- Experience in process improvement and process mapping
- History of success working in a team environment
- Ability to collaborate, partner and work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues and senior management
- MS Office (required),MS Project (a plus),and SharePoint
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 Years of Work Experience
- Previous JPMC experience would be preferred .
- Familiarity with US tax documentation preferred

Hours of Work / Shift Timings in India:
- Employees will be required to work based on US production schedules or pre U.S time shifts, depending on business requirements. Work shifts, (detailed below),will include working as per US calendar and holidays & as per overall policies.

Work Days: Monday to Friday
Hours listed are based on India time zone hour: Shift - 4:00pm –1:00am IT / 5:00 PM – 2:00am IT / 6:30pm – 3:30am IT
