Caddesk Hyderabad jobs - Civil CADD Faculty / Trainer

 You will be responsible for delivering training programs and courses related to civil engineering and computer-aided design. You will contribute to the development of course materials, conduct practical sessions, and provide guidance to students to enhance their understanding and application of CADD software tools specific to civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions on civil engineering CADD software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3DSMAX, Staadpro, Etabs, Revit Strucutre and other related applications.
2. Develop and update course curriculum and training materials to align with industry standards and technological advancements.
3. Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to students, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
4. Provide guidance and support to students during lab sessions, assignments, and projects, addressing their queries and clarifying concepts.
5. Assess student performance through evaluations, tests, and project reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends, software updates, and advancements in civil engineering CADD tools, and incorporate them into the training programs.
7. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the course content.
8. Conduct workshops, seminars, and demonstrations to showcase the application of CADD tools in real-world civil engineering projects.
9. Assist in organizing events, competitions, and industry interactions to foster a conducive learning environment and encourage student participation.
10. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance for reporting and documentation purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proficiency in civil engineering CADD software tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
3. Prior experience in teaching or training in the field of civil engineering and CADD.
4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, drawing standards, and construction practices.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with students.
6. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students to achieve their full potential.
7. Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly learn new software applications.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
