Job Description
1) Technically Support Pre-Sales Team for doing customer Training for AutoCAD CAD & Other Product.
2) Perform Software Performance, Reviews and Project Assessment, Audits at Customer Site.
3) Assist Pre-Sales Team for making Content for AUTOCAD CAD on Industry Specific Domain & Segment.
4) Support Customer for any queries related to usage of AUTOCAD CAD Software.
5) Responsible for making Content video for Social Media Platforms.
6) Work closely with product development groups to continuously improve the quality of the Product based on Customer & User Input.
7) Arrange one Technical Session for Internal Technical Team for AutoCAD Technical Issue Awareness from Customer/User ends.
8) Having Basic/Intermediate Knowledge about CAD/BIM Software’s.
