Responsibilities:

1.   Setup duties: Building necessary infrastructure from scratch for new branch.

2.   Research: Conduct research to identify target market segments, analyze consumer preferences, and gather demographic insights for effective service expansion in the new region.

3.   Conducting inspections by visiting client sites and presenting solutions to clients.

4.   Deal closures: Conversion of leads into clients

5.   Vendor procurement & Vendor management

6.   Project planning & execution

7.   Attending to customer complaints

Primary Activities:

Inspections: Conducting site inspections, detailed diagnosis, condition assessment of property structure as per the norms set by company

1.   Travel to customer sites to examine, assess conditions of the structure of properties like Flat, Bunglows, Residential/ Commercial Buildings, commercial properties etc.

2.   Use prescribed tools like Tapping Hammer, Infrared Thermal Camera, Moisture meter etc. to inspect and identify problems such as water seepage, dampness, and other structural defects.

3.   Analyze the source of problems by studying the structural background, problem history, and conducting scientific tests and observations.

4.   Record observations, gather relevant data, and take photographs as per inspection checklist. Compile the data and create an inspection report.

5.   Design effective and efficient treatment plans based on identified problems, and collaborate with domain SMEs and the production team if necessary.

6.   Develop system and rectification measures, including designing standards, specifications, processes, step-by-step methodologies, and recommended materials to use.

7.   Explain & present the observations, treatment plans, and recommendations to customers.

8.   Generate quotes by obtaining rates from local vendors or the procurement team and incorporate necessary details such as warranty terms, work schedule, payment terms, and rates in alignment with company norms.

9.   Share the quotes within the TAT and present the overall proposal to client for deal closure.

10. Recommend improvements to the inspection process, framework, and documentation.

Procurement

1.   Procurement of Manpower: Recruit and onboard skilled labor, contractors, and consulting services as needed for small size jobs and projects.

2.   Procurement of Tools, Equipment & Disposables: Identify and purchase necessary tools, equipment, and disposables for smooth project execution. Maintain an inventory of tools and equipment and ensure their proper maintenance.

3.   Procurement of Materials: Source and acquire required materials for construction and repair projects. Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and prices. Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites

Execution duties

1.   Execution & supervision of every work activity in accordance with schedule, cost and quality.

2.   Timely update progress charts and reporting to clients.

3.   Resolve challenges and obstacles on site.

4.   Prepare bills at every stage and collect payments.

5.   Maintain daily expense, material consumption, labour sheet for each projects.

6.   Prepare and maintain profitability of each project in real time.
