Role and Responsibilities:
· Travel to the customer’s location.
· Measure the land and building, including the number of floors and rooms if applicable.
· Take site photographs with GPS location and a selfie with the customer on-site.
· Collect geo-locations of comparable properties.
· Capture photographs of the EB board and bill.
· Record the four boundary details of the site.
· Gather market rates per square foot from multiple sources.
Preferred Candidate Profile and Qualifications:
· Diploma in Civil Engineer (Preferred), B.E in Civil Engineer
· Basic Civil Engineering Knowledge about Land and Flat
· Communication with Vernacular Skills
