Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Managing teams of engineers, architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and obtaining the necessary permits.
Should be able to oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to design specifications and safety standards.
Should be able to schedule and oversee routine inspections and maintain activities.
Be able to prepare project specifications, drawings, site designs, and technical documents involved in the construction of infrastructure.
