Planning, execution and monitoring of PQC Road Pavement design of major highway projects (2/ 4/ 6 lane NH/ SH/ Expressways) and other Civil construction activities.
2. Contract-Agreement understanding and all the guidelines to be strictly followed in all the activities
3. Adherence to the timeline of various stages of the agreement.
4. Handling all communication between company, Principal & Authority Engineer.
5. Preparation of Daily, Monthly and Quarterly report.
6. Preparation of variation of quantity and rate analysis.
7. Preparation of Financial Progress-Report.
8. Preparation of Progress-Bar Chart and linear progress chart, BBS as per Design Drawings and executing the Plan as per Specifications and Methodologys.
9. Prepare of Material Consumption Statement monthly.
10. Timely updation to management about hindrances of the project.
11. To see that all drawings and specifications are examined, prior to beginning construction, for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and through a meeting with the Architect, bring them to a resolution.
12. To see that the Project Schedule, incorporating dates and times for Owner decisions, availability of design information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installation, is established and maintained.
13. To see that the prescribed quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the life of the project.
