1)Arranging workers and distributed as per plan of work and maintain proper record.
2)Performing PU and cement grout for water leakage, seepage and cracks.
3)Performing pile and capping beam cutting through wire sawing machine.
4)Performing repair work(Mortar and Epoxy).
5)Performing rebar anchoring.
6)Performing Putty and paint application.
7)Maintaining daily progress report and monthly records.
Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
