Job Description:

The role of the construction manager typically involves, preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts, developing the programmed of work and strategy for making the project happen, planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
Project Manager Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Project Engineer Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects, Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications, Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field, Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
Site engineer offers advice in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
