The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities
· New/Potential client coordination using lead generation
· Setting up all meetings
· Preparation of construction/project schedules
· Preparation of BOQ’s
· Final BOQ approvals
· Preparing invoices / Bills and following-up on payments
· Updating records for invoices sent and settled
· Maintaining updated statement of outstanding amounts as per BOQ payment schedule
· Receiving site instructions from Architect and issuing to site engineers and following on its completion
· Preparing project budget and to report over-runs
· Purchase - settlement - coordination of all vendors
· Coordinate with site engineers on required construction materials and ordering-confirming delivery
· Coordinating with clients
· Project site visits
· New products - catalogs – vendors
· Quantity Survey/Estimation
· Drafting using AutoCAD
· Other proactive measures to improve business.
Qualifications
