Responsibilities: 

Ø  Supervising construction activities on-site, including scheduling, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.

Ø  Monitoring work progress and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Ø  Ensuring that all materials used meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.

Ø  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress, including daily logs, photographs, and reports.

Ø  Conducting regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that all work is being performed safely and in accordance with established procedures.

Ø  Coordinating with subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that work is carried out according to project requirements.

Ø  Providing guidance and direction to construction workers, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and procedures.

Ø  Ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that all regulatory requirements are met.

Ø  Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date on project progress.

Qualifications:

Ø  Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.

Ø  Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures.

Ø  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ø  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Ø  Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ø  Ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ø  Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
