Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
Reviews design, manufacturing, and testing documentation. Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models.
Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions.
QA/QC engineer reviews quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements. Monitor the disposition of all issued non-non conformances.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Create schedules for building and employee shifts
Supervision and evaluation of contractors and other employees on-site
Solving technical, safety or legal issues that may arise on a site
Ensure employees adhere to legal and safety protocols and regulations
