Education and professional experience:
- Formal qualification in either insurance/business/financial services/law/medical
disciplines.
- 3+ years experience in claims in insurance or reinsurance companies.
Skills requirements:
- Significant awareness of life insurance markets and portfolio dynamics in Asia.
- Knowledge of local markets' claims practice, claims philosophy, regulation and product
features.
- The ability to conduct claims review/audit and the abililty to identify gaps and area of
improvement to our clients.
- Collaboration capabilities and the abililties to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural
teams.
- Good technical Life & Health claims expertise.
- Strong computer skills (i.e. Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point)are a must.
- Negotiation, communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Ability to step back from detail to see bigger picture in order to determine actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other language is a plus.
