Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Account Manager to join our team and take charge of managing client relationships for our North American market, including the United States and Canada. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and optimizing their marketing performance. You will conduct regular Zoom meetings to discuss account health, performance metrics, and strategies for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Account Health Analysis: Monitor and assess the overall health of client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to review their marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and discuss strategies for optimization.
• Client Needs Assessment: Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions to enhance their marketing strategies and achieve their business goals.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client account performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
