Job Description

 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges
3. Identifying the specific needs and objectives of each client
4. Managing and overseeing client accounts, ensuring they are utilizing the product or service effectively
5. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
6. Focusing on client retention by proactively preventing churn and developing strategies to keep clients engaged
7. Addressing client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

1. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone and through written correspondence
2. High sense of ownership towards task completion and achievement of goals
3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced demanding work environment
