Homzhub jobs - Client Associate

Responsibilities:

§  Generate supply side (property owners) and demand side (tenants) leads through cold calling, direct engagement and digital marketing campaigns.

§  Close the deals and initiate the customer on-boarding process for seamless transition to the Homzhub platform.

§  Follow-up on all the inbound customer enquiries and work towards closing them.

§  Manage property owners and tenants throughout their engagement with Homzhub.

§  Manage a team of client associates to help them work efficiently.

§  Translate property owners’ and tenants’ needs and coordinate internally to address those needs.

§  Sign-up corporate clients and provide access to employees for cost effective properties through Homzhub platform.
