Keydabra jobs - Client Communications Engineer

Summary:

Keydabra's Client Communications Engineer will oversee client reporting for a growing SaaS company that helps businesses improve the user experience on their websites. In this role, you will take reports from our engineering team, and turn them into something clients can understand and use. These reports summarize suggestions for how clients can improve their websites, based on a proprietary set of algorithms built around improving user experience on a website.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This role will oversee other team members who work on reporting

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
• Based on assessment, drafts and proposes client communications including reporting on analysis of client websites
• Presents design ideas and recommendations to managers and produces clean client reports
• Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
• Communicates with clients to understand and incorporate reporting needs
• Evaluates success of reporting and continually implements improvements
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
• Expertise in digital marketing, google analytics, web analytics, data management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient withdesigning client facing material

Education and Experience:

• Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
