Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the client experience team to plan and implement virtual and in-person volunteering events
2. Coordinate with NGOs to identify and map them for various volunteering events
3. Prepare documentation in support of the events executed
4. Assist in planning meetings and keeping records of decisions made during meetings
5. Provide administrative support by answering phones, taking meeting minutes, and forwarding emails
6. Liaise with multiple stakeholders
7. Travel on-site to inspect ongoing arrangements, preparations, and changes needed to meet the client's needs
8. Assist in after-action reviews to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events
