Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

Build relationship with internal & external customers.

Strong technical and analytical aptitude required


Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively

Generate sales leads

Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits
