Job Description

Client Partner

Job Location : Mumbai (Kanjur Marg)

Work Experience and Qualification : 1 to 3 Year with HSC/Bachelor’s degree minimum

Roles & Responsibility :

Offering all kind of after sales support required to existing clients.
Sending our performance report to client on period basis .
Working on lead received through website, phone calls, sms or customers and passing it on to Sales team & following up till end closure..
Answering queries received from existing and new client over phone and email.
Close Co-ordinate with Sales, Operation, Business and Finance team.
Sending out Invoices to client and following up of payment Collection time to time.

Skills and Attributes :

Min. 1 to 3 year of experience in Customer Service, Back Office, Sales Support
Good common on English language both Speaking and Written .
Knowledge of “Excel” and “PowerPoint” presentation would be added advantage
Experience into Transportation/Logistic/Relocation & Packers and Movers Industry would be highly preferred.
