Designation: Client Relations
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Merchandise coordination: assist in managing and promoting conference merchandise to create a memorable experience for attendees
2. Creative coordination: contribute to the creative aspects of the conference, including design elements, branding, and visual content
3. registration coordination: facilitate a smooth registration process for participants, ensuring accurate data collection and efficient communication
4. Content coordination: support the content team in organizing and curating the conference materials, presentations, and speaker sessions
5. Breakout room coordination: help coordinate breakout sessions, ensuring smooth transitions and assisting facilitators as needed
Requirements:
1. Educational background: graduate/diploma in event management
2. Strong verbal and written skills
3. Good organizational skills
4. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
