We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.

Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.
Responsibilities
● Build relationships with key employees among customers.
● Create plans for clients’ business needs.
● Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
● Identify, prioritize and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions.
● Providing feedback of daily campaigns sharing monthly validations and timely reports.
● Managing all Advertisers and Affiliates accounts, systematically and logically to fetch and deliver Digital campaigns through different media.
● Sharing verified data with the Finance Team for generation of invoices and making sure that the payments are released and received on time. Following up if necessary.
