Customer Relations Executive is directly responsible to work on lead generation,
conduct out the bound calling of leads, explaining the promoter benefits, qualify
them and provide prospects to the sales team
candidate, having excellent written & verbal communication in English and
Verbal / Spoken proficiency in any one of the south regional languages
(Telegu, Kannada and Malayalam). Hindi speaking is desirable, but not
Good hands-on experience in
Candidates from Insurance,
Banking, Real Estate and FMCG with tele-calling experience are preferred.
Regular day shift only.
Interact with the marketing team to
collect and stack leads generated from various sources.
Make outbound calls to the
generated leads and explain the plan and benefits of becoming a promoter
(Franchisee) of our business.
Discuss briefly and collect
adequate information about the prospects, schedule appointments and invite them
to meet our sales/promoter relationship team.
Continue to work on sourcing
leads through various lead generation methods, generating references from
existing promoters and help the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure the maximum number of
prospect appointments are given to the sales team.
Always thrive to give the best
customer experience by providing the right information, timely communication to
clients and promoters.
Efficiently handle all inbound
and outbound calls and ensure the questions/concerns raised are tracked and
resolved to provide the best experience to clients, promoters and internal team.
Provide reports on daily or
designated frequency to the reporting manager and take responsibility to
provide resolution to issues, feedback and questions.
Handle all administrative
functions of running a small office.
Should be willing and flexible
to handle assigned and ad hoc responsibilities which become routine or non-part
of the daily functions.
